Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our notary services. By scheduling an
appointment with our notary business, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Online Estimates and Final Review

• Estimates Provided Online:
All price estimates provided on our website or via other online platforms are for informational
purposes only. These estimates are based on preliminary information and are subject to change.

• Final Review and Itemized Cost:
At the time of the notarization appointment, the Notary will perform a final review of the documents
and requirements. Following this review, the Notary will provide an itemized cost for the notarization
services rendered. The final amount due may differ from the online estimate.

Payment Terms

• Initial Non-Refundable Fee:
Clients are required to make a non-refundable payment of $5 prior to scheduling an appointment.
This fee secures your appointment slot.

• Credit Toward Future Services:
Although the $5 payment is non-refundable, it may be applied as a credit toward any future
notarization services with our business.

Cancellation Policy

• Appointment Cancellation Requirement:
Clients must cancel their appointment at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

• Rescheduling and Credit:
If the appointment is cancelled with a minimum of 2 hours’ notice, the initial $5 payment will be
credited to a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to the
appointment may forfeit this credit.

General Provisions

• Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted
on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

• Acceptance of Terms:
By scheduling an appointment and making the initial payment, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
